A strait linking the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara, which then itself connects to the Mediterranean, the Bosphorus serves as a natural frontier between Europe and Asia.
My suggestion
There are many ferries in Istanbul that sail up the Bosphorus as far as its mouth with the Black Sea, a day excursion you're guaranteed to find enjoyable and relaxing.
The famous Bosphorus forms a natural boundary between the two continents of Europe and Asia and links two famous seas: Marmara and the Black Sea. Being surrounded by all these myths and legends makes a boat trip down the Bosphorus inevitable.
My suggestion
When you're on the ferry, find a place on the European side so that you can see and admire Hagi Sophia and the Blue Mosque.
