My suggestion
Mole Poblano from Puebla or mole Oaxaqueño from Oaxaca? They are both delicious! Try them and judge for yourself.
A pretty, colonial town which is situated in the mountains of the state of the same name, in the south-west of Mexico. It's also one of the country's most cultural destinations, with excellent food and lots of local folklore.
My suggestion
If you have an extra day, go visit Hierve el Agua and enjoy its amazing geological formations.
