Pasighat is the main town in the east of Arunachal Pradesh. The only two areas where tourists can freely circulate are the Tuting Valley and the Namdapha National Park.

My suggestion
During my trip to India, it was the easternmost town that I was able to visit. Make sure you check out in advance the regions to which you will or will not be given access.
