My suggestion

Spend the day in Fremantle to see a city where the past of the first settlers in Australia is still very present. Unique in Australia!

Fremantle, or "Freo" for short, is the trendy and relaxed port just south of Perth. Perth residents come to Freo to relax at the weekend, eat ice cream, chill out on a café terrace, go to a concert, or lounge on the grass.

My suggestion

Go and see the covered markets, open all weekend (Friday to Sunday).
