If you head along Pigeon Valley towards Uçhisar, you're likely to meet a friendly, one of a kind person. He sells freshly squeezed orange juice, hosts quizzes, hands out little gifts and speaks a host of languages.

I suggest you climb up past Uçhisar Castle to watch the sun go down. You'll get a perfect view of the village's troglodyte houses.
