Portugal

We loved Portugal! A beautiful country, people and user friendly destination. Ana, our Evaneos agent was excellent. She was always in touch with us and very sensitive and attentive at selecting the hotels and locations that fit our lifestyle preferences. We are also adventurers, so she provided us with wonderful road-trips and stays in the Algarve coast, Lisbon, Porto, our beautiful palace stay in Sintra and walking to the nearby castles, and Evora and the countryside. The vineyard suggestions were fantastic and truly an education. The restaurant suggestions were all excellent. Ana's itinerary was a great anchor to experiencing Portugal with many lovely surprises.

The best parts:

The trip was fantastic: loved getting lost and taking in the history and culture in the streets of Lisbon and Porto; driving down the beautiful coast and eating incredible local food in the charming towns and meeting the locals; kayaking in the Algarve coast and it's water caves; walking in Sintra and it's beautiful castles and town; driving in the countryside seeing castles and visiting vinyards was special as well.

The worst parts:

It was a great trip, with no downside :-)
