I loved Skoura and Sahara - great memories! The food throughout the trip was delicious!
The best parts:
We had a great driver, Rashid, from Marrakech through Fes. He not only drove me and my friend from different locations but he also gave us mini tour of different towns including their cultures. I wish we had him throughout the entire trip.
I loved the hotels Chez Talout Auberge in Skoura, the tent in the Sahara, and Ryad Bahia in Meknes.
The worst parts:
The hotels in Casablanca, Fes, and Marrakech were a bit inadequate for comfort, connectivity was poor, sketchy nieghborhoods, and next time I rather pay more for better accommodations.

So I had been wanting to go to Morocco. But traditional tour company, they have their own schedule and agenda that , sometime, does not fit to our need. I am glad that I found Evaneos on website and I am happy that I can set my own agenda, when and where to go and how to get there. An Evaneos team at Morocco is very helpful. Brahim in particular is really helping me a lot in laying out the plan. I dont know how many time I changed the plan but he patiently enough walked me through to do this, and not that...for example. I may not see all want to see d/t limited time, but I get to see the most of Morocco.
Now, speaking of Morocco, what a beautiful country. It is a jewel of Africa, in my opinion. People, food, places are amazing. I travel quiet often and Morocco is one of the list that I would like to come back. It's amazing.
And again, Thanks to Evaneos to make this thing possible
The best parts:
I am so please with Evaneos on my recent trip to Morocco. Really, the best part is how Evaneos is able to tailor my vacation need. I like the fact that I could arrange my own vacation while you guys helped me out with the arrangement. I like the fact that we could discuss back and fort to get the most of it.
They are easy to work with.

Our trip was truly magical. Morocco is an enchanting country. The people couldn't have been warmer or kinder. The scenery is unparalled, from the desert to the palmeries, to the mountains. The cities, Fes and Marrakech are like stepping back in time. Wandering around the medina, staying in beautiful riads..... And the food, the food was terrific. Morocco has a very spiritual feel to it, the call to prayer, the beauty of the mosques and minarets, the desert itself.
But it's the people that really made the trip special.
The best parts:
We loved it all, Fes, the desert, the mountains, Marrakech...... it was all fantastic. Even the drives, which were long at times, were spectacular. We saw the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen in the desert, it was truly amazing.
The worst parts:
There wasn't anything we didn't like. Some of the drives were a bit long but our driver was wonderful. The only thing I would have changed is leaving a bit earlier as we got to our riads/hotels late in the evening a few times.

Morocco
We landed at Casablanca and quickly arrived for Chechaouen. We spent the night there and the day after till the afternoon when we left for Fes. At Fes we visited the most part of the Medina and some parts of the new city (near the royal Palace) We spent 2 nights there and the we left for Merzouga and the dunes where we spent the night at the Tends in the desert. (one of the best nights and sunrises ever) Then we headed to AitBenhandou and passed by the Todra Gorges where we had a short stop. We spent the night at AitBenhandou and in the morning we had a walk in the old Kasbah. Then left for Marrakesh where we stayed for 2 nights. The second day at Marrakesh we went for a walk at the Medina and had a great spa at the end of the day. The next morning it was time to head back home...
The best parts:
Mostly everything was amazing! We loved the parts of Morocco that we visited. Brahim was super professional and helpful while planing the trip and when we needed support while there. He did an excellent work to make the most out of our available time there and to make sure we are well informed about the trip.
Our driver Mohamed was very professional, excellent and fluid in English. He even gave us some great infos and facts about the country and the food. The recommendation of Brahim for the guides in Fes was great. We chose Abdelilah and he was a revelation!!!! The best tour guide we ever had! He was very kind and helpful. He speaks great English and he showed us around the whole Medina and parts of the new city. He had the patience and politeness to explain us every aspect of the city, and answer to all of our questions. (definitely recommend Abdelilah to tourists when in Fes)
The night in the desert was one of the highlights indeed! The camel ride was great and the night at the tends where something completely new to us. We had a great time singing with the Berbers at the camp. They were very hospitable and polite. And the sunrise at the dunes the next day is something that we are all going to remember for ever.
The worst parts:
If we had to change something would be the night over Ait Benhandou and the bad dinner at the hotels restaurant (one of the worst food we had in our lives)
It would be better if we had an over night at a bigger city near Ait Benhandou (maybe Ouarzazate) and wake early to visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhandou and then continue our way to Marrakesh. Other than that everything else was great!

Our trip was based on three locations.
1. A Riad in the Medina of Marokech - very comfortable.
2. We had a car and excellent English speaking driver for 3 days to drive from Marakech through the High Atlas and Sahara to Taroudant
3.We had two day in Taroudant where we stayed in hotel Dar Zitoune and toured the Medina.
4. We then drove to Essaouira and stayed in a Riad in the Medina. We rode horses and quad bikes over the dunes.
The best parts:
Excellent local agent whose detailed planning and conversations with us made it a truly memorable experience. Everyone we met in shops, restaurants, souks, hotels were very friendly and helpful.
The worst parts:
If OAPs wish to stay in the beautiful medina riads then they need warning about the stairs - they may be best accommodated on the ground floor.

Simply amazing. If we go back to Morocco to visit the southern part of the country we will be using Brahim's travel company again, and will recommend them to others traveling there.
The best parts:
The easy flow of the entire trip. The agency we worked with covered every detail which allowed us to relax and just enjoy our trip.
The worst parts:
The only aspect that needs room for improvement is the guide that was chosen for our tour of Rabat. We couldn't follow what he was telling us...his facts contradicted each other and contradicted what other guides had shared with us throughout our trip. I would not rehire him for other tourists.
