My suggestion

Even if Tsetserieg isn't top of the list during a trip to Mongolia, it's an unusual town and a practical stopover. A useful Arkhangaïn town, where you can benefit from its many amenities - shops, banks, post office, bars, internet cafes, accommodation, transport links and so forth.
