We had a great honeymoon. Arrived in Rome, went to Florence, went to Venice, ended in Milan. All in all it was a once in a lifetime trip for us.
The best parts:
The private tours were great!
The worst parts:
Some of the group tours had way too many people, and one of them didn't have a tour guide.

Everything was well arranged and all services on time. We thank Enrico and his team for their efforts.
The best parts:
My wife and I both believe that trip along Amalfi coast and Capri were the best part of our vacation. Sorrento and area are beautiful and we hope to return there again.
The worst parts:
we were not satisfied with our hotel in Florence. If that was a 3 star hotel then next time we should go for a 4 star.

We wove our way down from Milan down to the bay of Naples, visiting lots of small towns along the way.
The best parts:
We loved the sites / towns selected to visit. We used a driver every day and that worked out well. The hotels were centrally located.
The worst parts:
Part of the plan was not efficient. We drove through Perugia on our way to Siena, yet our travel agent had us scheduled to return to Perugia, Cortona and Assisi on another day from Siena. It wasn't efficient.
We were unhappy with one of the hotels selected - Michelangelo in Sorrento.

Regarding the hotels, I'm sorry you were not impressed with the Michelangelo in Sorrento.
I will speak with our hotel supplier to inform them of your complaint.
Regarding the general planning of the trip, I tried to make it as efficient as possible, considering your requests. It was the drivers decision to travel through Perugia on the way to Siena, this was not a planned part of the trip.
Sorry if you felt this was inefficient.
If you ever come back to Italy, I hope you will use our services so we can make up for this small inconvenience.

An amazing trip filled with tours and lots of history. Not having to worry about anything and having our agent Enrico accessible via email was also a bonus. Italy was beautiful and we hit all the recommended key areas all previously organized for us.
The best parts:
Not having to worry about anything. Having it all organized. From pick up to tours and hotels. Amazing.

This was a journey to connect with my heritage. Very important. We had an absolute blast!!!
The best parts:
Easy to communicate
My travel agent understood my complicated requests and frequent changes
The hotels met my expectations
My agent was so knowledgeable and it made for a very seamless plan.
I enjoyed the process as much as the trip!
The worst parts:

Trip started in Rome with a day trip to Tivoli and Hadrian's Villa and a walking tour of the Coliseum and other sights, Private driver to Amalfi and on to Sorrento where we stayed. By train from Naples to Florence where we rented a car to tour Tuscany on our own (not arranged by Evaneos). By train from Florence to Venice. Walking tour first day. Boat trip to Murano and Burano was wonderful but a little more free time would have been good. By train to Milan with a walking tour. Day trips to Lake Como and Genoa/Portofino by bus arranged. I was travelling with sister and brother in law who had mostly the same itinerary but some additions. We booked our own accommodation.
The best parts:
I liked that everything was arranged ahead of time. I always knew the itinerary and didn't have to wonder when I would do what. It was great that the local agent contacted us the day before each planned outing to confirm the time, place and contact person. When we needed to we had no difficulty contacting the number given. Having a driver pick us up at our hotel was really great. For a walking tour the guide came to our hotel and started the tour from there, much better than trying to find a meeting place in a strange city. The day trip to Lake Como/Bellagio was a highlight for me. Lots of free time to wander after the guide told us of several options of things to see.
The worst parts:
Due to a combination of me not really knowing how I would do, and therefore not being able to define my ability - I found there was too much walking involved in 3 of the private tours arranged. While I did make it through I would probably not book walking tours again.
Private driver from Rome to Sorrento (via Amalfi stops) did not seem competent and resulted in a somewhat unpleasant day. We notified our local agent who was glad for the feedback and apologized. In Venice, I think the guide got sidetracked with special interests rather than the overview tour we thought we would get. He therefore ran out of time and we missed out gondola connection. In kept repeating it was not his fault, implying it was our fault. The local guide arranged for a refund of that cost and we were able to plan a gondola ride on our own on another day fortunately.

I liked the whole service provided by Evaneos, they are very professional and reachable during the trip, very responsive and provide a daily recap of the upcoming trips and moves. The tours are very good and well organized. All the places we visited were nice and we enjoyed the tours very much. The guides are very good and managing the group and time very well.
All the hotels we stayed are good in term of comfort, cleanliness and location

We've been wanting to go to Italy since my son studied over their a couple of semesters ago. I searched online for a tour that wasn't part of a group thing. I wanted private activities, but didn't want to have to figure out what they'd be and make all of the arrangements myself. The Romantic Tour of Italy fit the bill perfectly. There wasn't any part of it that we didn't enjoy.
The best parts:
Enrico did a wonderful job of coordinating everything and communicating with us both before and during the trip. Everything went smoothly and was top notch. There wasn't any activity or hotel that we didn't enjoy.

The best parts:
I loved the trip. The hotel was well located and the guides were excellent. The opera ticket, which was a gift from you,was wonderful. It was well organized. I was met at the airport and brought back to the airport without any hassle.
The worst parts:
I would have liked more guides.
