My suggestion
If you want to go skiing in Quebec, the area devoted to ski slopes is much smaller than the areas for cross-country skiing...So come and see the magnificent Massif, you'll feel like you're about to dive into the Saint-Lawrence River.

My suggestion
The local authority has recently restored the the local Charlevoix train service. Trains run between the city of Quebec and Charlevoix. There's no better way to explore the region.
